Bite Back Challenge
Sydney Secondary College Balmain Campus will be participating in the BITE BACK Mental Health Fitness Challenge run by the Black Dog Institute. This is a 6-week program designed to raise awareness around several mental health challenges, and supply students with pro-active strategies to strengthen their resilience and mental health fitness. The program will start on Wednesday, during students' wellbeing period, and continue throughout the term. Students will be encouraged to form teams and take on weekly challenges involving topics such as thankfulness and mindfulness. For more information, please follow the link below.
