College Learning Plan Reflection
One of the easiest ways to track progress against your goals and objectives, and how these are supporting your values, is to schedule a regular reflection on each of them.
Regular, scheduled reflections are often used to:
Through accessing your College Learning Plan on Sentral, outline the goals that you made as well as the strategies that you had planned to implement.
List positive changes that you have made over the last term in order to implement these goals.
What other positive changes can you make to continue reaching your outlined goals?
If you feel as though you have not made progress towards you goal, list some reasons why this may have happened and ways to overcome these barriers next term.
With your peers, discuss one thing that you are proud of achieving this term. This can be related to your CLP, or just a general achievement.
Regular, scheduled reflections are often used to:
- increase your awareness of your overall progress
- identify progress, opportunities, barriers and plans for specific aspects
- inform and shape future actions and plans.
